The fellowship aims to support both the individual career development of participants and the strategic advancement of DHZC through international knowledge exchange. Funded stays range from one to six months and take place at two leading institutions: Mass General Brigham in Boston and Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
The research and clinical observation in key areas such as digital cardiology and artificial intelligence, cardiovascular prevention and atherosclerosis, cardio-genetics, electrophysiology as well as novel interventional and surgical approaches are of specific strategic interests. Submissions addressing other relevant topics are also welcome.
Through this program, the DHZB Foundation strengthens DHZC’s international visibility and invests in the next generation of committed, highly qualified, and forward-thinking clinician scientists. This fellowship marks another important step toward a globally connected, research-driven, and innovation-focused cardiovascular medicine.
